  • Driving sales and achieving targets
  • Controlling costs and losses
  • Supervision, training and development of staff
  • Ordering, merchandising and maintaining stock availability
  • Regularly replenishing dry, frozen, chilled and fresh goods
  • Receiving deliveries and organising the warehouse
  • Handling cash and overseeing procedures
  • Accurately performing daily and weekly bookkeeping procedures
  • Controlling quality and adherence to all safety standards
  • Overseeing store security (including after hours callouts)
